Where You Can Buy WITHOUT a VNA
To start, you can buy property directly in all Urban Areas. These zones include central spots like Gueliz, Hivernage, and the Medina. Additionally, popular neighborhoods like Targa, Agdal, and Chrifia are also exempt.
Furthermore, most land within 10km of the city center does not need a VNA. This rule applies to the main roads toward Amizmiz, Ourika, Tahnaoute, and Fes.
