Purchases: Helping buyers find properties within Marrakech and a 25km radius.
Rentals: Facilitating long-term and short-term rental agreements.

3. Property Information and Accuracy

Listing Details: While we strive to ensure that all descriptions, dimensions, and prices of properties (lands, villas, etc.) are accurate, the information is provided by owners and third parties. Ennakhil Properties cannot guarantee 100% accuracy.
Availability: All listings are subject to prior sale, rental, or withdrawal from the market without notice.
Visuals: Photos and videos are for illustrative purposes and may not reflect the exact current state of the property.

4. Agency Fees (Commission)

1. Sales Transactions For every property purchase transaction, the Buyer is required to pay a commission of 2.5% of the total transaction value. This fee is due upon the successful closing of the sale.

2. Long-Term Rentals For rental agreements with a duration of six (6) months or more, the commission fee is equal to one (1) month’s rent. This fee is payable upon the signing of the lease agreement or the commencement of the tenancy.

3. Payment Responsibility All commissions and fees mentioned above are the sole responsibility of the Buyer or Tenant, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Fees are earned once the transaction or lease is executed.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate and truthful information when contacting us or submitting an application for a property.
You agree not to bypass Ennakhil Properties to contact owners directly once we have introduced you to a property (Circumvention Clause).

6. Professional Liability

Ennakhil Properties acts as an intermediary. We are not responsible for:

Hidden defects in properties sold or rented.
Contractual disputes between the buyer and seller or landlord and tenant.
The final legal validation of the property (which is the responsibility of the Notary).

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including the name Ennakhil Properties, logos, text, and photos, is the intellectual property of our agency. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any content for commercial purposes without our written consent.

8. External Links

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
